THE 14TH LSE SU CHINA DEVELOPMENT FORUM
The path towards inclusivity
19 FEB 2022
LONDON SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS
ABOUT US

An annual event organised by the LSE SU China Development Society in collaboration with the LSE Institute of Global Affairs and Confucius Institute for Business London.
First launched in 2009, the Forum has grown phenomenally over the past 13 years to become the largest student-run, China-themed forum in Europe, hosting an audience of over 400 each year.
The aim of the forum is to:
-
Provide a platform for both students interested in Chinese affairs as well as professionals well-versed in China studies to engage in vibrant and in-depth intellectual discussions;
-
Bridge the gap between China and the outside world and promote mutual understanding;
-
Provide participants with valuable learning and networking opportunities to connect with global experts and future leaders.
For 13 years in a row, we have successfully hosted a diverse list of outstanding speakers and aspiring future leaders. As a student-run forum, we are very proud of our past achievements, and we always strive to build a more conducive platform for discussions on the development of China.
